What does this mean?  Our animals average 1,200- 1,300 pounds when fully grown and are ready for processing.  For example, a 1/4 beef would cost approximately $550-$600 not including the processing fees. 1/4 of a beef would yield 125-150 pounds of processed meat, depending on the customer's choice of cuts.
